Landlord Certificates and Portable Appliance Testing (PAT)

We can provide landlord with Electrical Condition Reports and PAT testing services.

The inspection and testing ensure that the electrical installation installed is fit for purpose and complies with the current regulations. Amongst other tests, we check for safety and functionality of each device. The test results must comply with the parameters specified within the 17th edition wiring regulations. When we are satisfied with the results, we store them on file and issue your certificate on receipt of payment. We can issue certificates via email or paper form.

Certificates guarantee our install and should be valid for the duration of the installation providing no alterations are undertaken.
